Food preparation and how to handle cravings, along with strategies for travel, vacations, and meals out. This class is bi-weekly or weekly and culminates with meal preparation session.
Investigation of exercise options, training plan introduction, and outdoor activities. This class is bi-weekly or weekly with exercise planning session afterwards.
Learn more about the importance of self awareness, creativity, spirituality, and reflection. This class is bi-weekly or weekly and assists in your creativity planning session.
FREE equipment provided to each patient through their insurance. This typically included a smart scale, blood pressure cuff, and a food logging application.
Your data is transmitted seamlessly to our clinic. We reach out to you at least weekly via the patient portal or telephone to provide individualized feedback at no cost.
FREE activity tracking using FitBit technology provided to each patient. Our clinic will help you setup your platform to ensure we can keep you accountable outside of office visits.
